NEGOTIATE: EJP is committed to resolving employment disputes in an efficient manner. This often means assisting clients in avoiding the time, costs, and efforts of prolonged and often emotionally painful litigation when it is not necessary. Let EJP negotiate a resolution on your behalf.

LITIGATE: EJP understands that sometimes, there is no reasonable alternative but to litigate your employment dispute. While this if often a last resort, EJP is prepared to take your claims before the trier of fact and protect your rights in a court of law. This means navigating your claims through the various administrative remedies before presenting your case to a judge or jury.
